LIVE MUSIC: Michaela Bray

Michaela Bray is a Kelowna-based singer-songwriter who picked up the guitar at eight and started writing songs after realizing her diary entries could double as lyrics.

Growing up in a musical household, Michaela draws inspiration from country, folk, and alternative music, weaving the genres together with sweet melodies, pithy metaphors, and clever turns of phrase. With a background in writing, her introspective lyrics explore love, loss, and bad luck, often packing a punch while staying with you long after the song ends.
